INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY is a football skills camp designed as an alternative to the over-priced and under-staffed options offered to players, coaches, and parents. 

JOIN some of the most successful High School coaches in Washington State for three days of individual position instruction.  The Individual Development Academy (IDA) has assembled a high-quality, successful, and experienced staff of high school football coaches whose sole purpose is to enhance and expedite the development of indivdual players as a means of preparing them to be contributors in their respective football programs.

IDA is the answer to the too-often unanswered question from player, coaches, and parents: "Where can we go to get high-quality individual instruction?"  Now parents and coaches can send their sons/student-athletes to a competitive, exciting, and instructive environment that is designed to improve skill sets, abilities, and confidence without the concern of the intent of the camp staff or sponsors.

IDA does not exist as a vehicle for recruiting or exploiting players where only a few of the best get attention.  This camp is run by local, well-known, respected coaches who are willing to share their knowledge with young men looking to realize their athletic potential.
